Conclusion of Contract<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">By clicking the\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Buy\/Place Paid Order&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0button, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order. Please note that you are required to provide a valid, accessible email address during the ordering process.<\/p><h3><strong>4. Prices &amp; Packaging<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The prices valid at the time of the order are those listed in the offer. These are final prices and include the statutory German VAT. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3><h4><strong>Withdrawal Right<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You have the right to withdraw from this contract within\u00a0<strong>14 days<\/strong>\u00a0without giving any reason.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The withdrawal period expires\u00a0<strong>14 days<\/strong>\u00a0after the day you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement (e.g., via letter, fax, or email). You may use the\u00a0<strong>model withdrawal form<\/strong>\u00a0provided (not mandatory).<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, we will send a confirmation email. The withdrawal is valid if sent before the 14-day period expires.<\/p><h4><strong>Effects of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you (including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard option) within\u00a0<strong>14 days<\/strong>\u00a0of receiving your withdrawal notice.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.<\/p><h4><strong>Return Shipment<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You must return the goods\u00a0<strong>within 14 days<\/strong>\u00a0of notifying us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling beyond checking their condition and functionality.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">This withdrawal policy does\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0apply to:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Custom-made or personalized goods.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Sealed goods unsealed after delivery (e.g., hygiene products).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>8. Voluntary Return Policy<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You do not offer a voluntary return policy.<\/p><h3><strong>9. Delivery &amp; Delivery Time<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Deliveries are also possible abroad. Goods are only sold in household quantities and to end consumers.<\/p><h3><strong>10. Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Orders from\u00a0<strong>AK Webdesign<\/strong>\u00a0are shipped\u00a0<strong>free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p><h3><strong>11. Warranty<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects (including transport damage), you must report these immediately to us or the delivery personnel. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory rights.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">During the statutory warranty period, you are entitled to:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Repair or replacement.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Price reduction or contract termination (if legally applicable).<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Damages (including wasted expenses).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The warranty period for new goods is\u00a0<strong>2 years<\/strong>, except for items excluded under \u00a7 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).<\/p><h3><strong>12. Retention of Title<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The goods remain the property of\u00a0<strong>AK Webdesign (Other)<\/strong>\u00a0until full payment is received.<\/p><h3><strong>13. Liability<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We are fully liable for\u00a0<strong>intentional acts and gross negligence<\/strong>, as well as under the\u00a0<strong>Product Liability Act<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">For\u00a0<strong>slight negligence<\/strong>, we are only liable for:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Injury to life, body, or health.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Breach of essential contractual obligations (those necessary for proper contract execution).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Liability for slight negligence is limited to\u00a0<strong>foreseeable damages<\/strong>\u00a0at the time of contract conclusion.
